What is Day of Motivation?

Day of Motivation is a volunteer opportunity for your team to make a real impact on LA youth.

Through your company’s sponsorship, your employees will receive coaching and visit a local high school classroom to sit on a panel and motivate students with their stories.

How It Works

We handle everything. Your team brings the stories.

• We match you with local schools on the date of your choosing

• We coach your team to develop storytelling skills they can use in any professional setting

• Your team visits a school and shares their stories with students during facilitated classroom panels

• Your team shares their stories and students ask questions, build confidence, and feel connected

Choose what works for your team

Option A: Hybrid Experience (Total commitment: 3 hours)

• Virtual story coaching session (1.5 hours, 2 weeks before)

• In-person classroom visit on your chosen date

Option B: Day-Of Experience (Total commitment: 3 hours)

• Story coaching on site (1.5 hours)

• In-person classroom visit on your chosen date
