What to Expect

Each 90-minute session gives you a firsthand look at the work that has helped more than 200,000 students build confidence through personal storytelling.

Learn

Learn more about PLUS ME's mission, impact, and personal storytelling programs that support youth and adults.

Participate

Experience a mini PLUS ME storytelling workshop and experience the same process that helps students find their voice.

Give Back

Write a personal note of encouragement for a student. Your words will be included in a journal they receive in a future workshop.

You will also learn about ways to stay involved in PLUS ME's mission beyond the session.
